Support Coordination
Support Coordination is a service that looks to assist NDIS participants in understanding, implementing and organising their plans. A Support Coordinator assists with impartial and independent advice, connecting participants to mainstream, funded and community supports.
Working with you and your support network our local Support Coordinators will provide ongoing support and assistance to connect with high quality services, explore creative funding options and build your capacity to navigate the NDIS independently.

- Budget your NDIS plan and advise on ways to utilise unspent funding
- Guide you in selecting local supports that best meet your needs and achieve your goals
- Negotiate service agreements between you and your providers
- Review your support services to make sure they are working well
- Build your capacity to manage your plan more independently in the future
- Help using the NDIS portal or working with your plan manager to monitor your funds
- Assist you in planning and preparing for your plan review
- Help to resolve complex issues with your supports
