About Platform To
Platform To was created by friends who are passionate about supporting people to succeed! We were inspired by our different values and experiences within the community sector, that was; connecting with others, learning new skills, having fun and self growth. We wanted to bring these values to the local area with a unique focus on capacity building through skill development. Together, we are a qualified team of disability support workers and support coordinators. Our experience has given us a unique, holistic approach to developing growth and independence.

Our Team
Meet Our Team
I began my career in Community Services through volunteering as an Activities Officer at PCYC and tutoring refugee students through an afterschool program. I then worked as a Residential Youth Worker for out of home children and teenagers. My NDIS journey began in 2016 where I met some wonderful people with amazing stories. The role was extremely fulfilling and i felt like I was making a positive impact in our participants lives. However, I knew that my true passion was working directly with our participants out in the community and supporting them to achieve their goals. I am proud of the work we are doing and excited to see our ideas and vision come to life. Ultimately we want to be able to achieve our own goal, which is to live in a more inclusive and accepting society.
